A whole new year and another 365 days to explore in this journey of life.Whilst making resolutions is the norm this time of year, I choose not to indulge in this notion. I much prefer the concept of reflection and thinking of goals to achieve which span a lifetime and not just at the new year. A good way to keep track of personal goals is to journal. Journalling is a great way to put down thoughts, discoveries,experiences and ideas as you progress through the year. There are also the therapeutic benefits of putting pen to paper and de-cluttering the mind to document experiences and plans, definitely a good way to begin the new year and a good habit to adopt.
